Meow! Not every day do you see such a sight. It is extraordinary. A cute kitten cosily sitting inside a jeans pocket. She fancies this pocket of jeans as it reminds her of a peculiar scent.
A kitten is in the animal world what a rosebud is in the garden.
Continuing with my food trucks journey, not to be left behind is Delhi. Here is a list of food trucks in Delhi NCR.
EGGjactlyTheFoodTruck– The cuisines served are American, Fast Food. The timings are 6 PM to 11 PM
Great food, pleasant and efficient service, and unbelievable value for money. Tried the Belgian waffle with a scoop of ice cream, and the fiery hot chicken wings in devil sauce. The waffle was rather lovely, warm, with bananas, chocolate sauce and a dollop of ice cream which melted real quick.
The White and Red painted Lalit Food truck stands near Hotel Lalit in all its glory. A little hard to locate, to describe its precise location, I’ll say it’s near the mandir that is located there & World Trade Tower, Barakhamba Road. Ask around and you may just locate it easily.
The Jamaican Jerk burger had a delicious minced chicken patty which had oodles of flavour in itself and couple that with the amazing dressing of lettuce onions and Jalapenos with flavoured mayonnaise and some very different sauces. The bun was probably the best in that whole package.
For me, there is no better place to unwind than near the waterfall. The waterfall symbolises unleashed creativity in a constant fluid shape that is ever-changing and renewing. It symbolizes openness, flexibility, power, form and spirituality which is a primordial symbol association with water in its countless expressions.
The waterfall is symbolic of lastingness of form despite the change of content.
Juhu Beach, Mumbai
To see the beach in your dream indicates a merging of your conscious and subconscious. The sand represents logic and practicality, and the water stands for the more impulsive and spontaneous attributes. It is a place of transition between the physical/material and the spiritual.
Sunset at Juhu Beach, Mumbai, India
The sea does not reward those who are too anxious, too greedy, or too impatient. One should lie empty, open, choiceless as a beach – waiting for a gift from the sea.

In the last few months, food trucks have sprung up at different locations in the city of Mumbai. As a local food truck owner states “People eat from food trucks not just for the cuisine, but for the unique experience it offers. Also, unlike restaurants, you don’t have to wait too long to get your meal. Plus, these compact and low-cost mobile eateries are more hygienic as compared to street food”.
In the last post, I covered food trucks in Bangalore. Below is the list of the gastronomical trail of food trucks across the city of Mumbai.
Fogo, Mumbai – Serving hot delicious food at Kandarpada (Dahisar west).
The flavour of Herb & Olives brings out the best in Salamis’
Big Bite Burrito is one of the famous food truck in Vasai. This food truck is famous for their Mexican food items. The hygiene is at its best, this food truck is always crowded with the people in the evening, the service is quick. There are many unique dishes in both veg as well in non–veg like Cheesy Chicken Quesadilla, Cheesy Chimichanga etc. The best part is that they are upgrading their menu on a daily basis. I would like to recommend to everyone to try at least one dish.
